We feel honored in intimating that Black Belt Commandos have been conferred at with ISO 9001-2008 certificate for our Quality Management wherein we strive whole heartedly to achieve customer satisfaction by adhering to the laid down procedures in recruitment, selection, training, deployment and monitoring by adopting continual improvement methods.

It is an heartening information that Black Belt Commandos, probably the first ever security agency in India, have also been awarded ISO 14001-2004 certificate for Environment Management because of our efforts to reduce the impact of aspects affecting environment in our business operation by adhering all environment related statutory and regulatory requirements.

Operational Team.

The operational team is headed by a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Indian Armed Forces who has almost 38 years’ experience in the field.  Under him, there are three Area Managers and three Training Officers; all of them are Ex-Army and well experienced.  The Area Managers are further supported by adequate numbers of Field Officers and Night Patrolling Officers.

Selection

The intake of the security personnel is All India-all languages based with adequate educational qualifications. We also carry out background checks of the personnel before induction and deployment.

Training

We have full fledged training infrastructure where the security personnel are put under extensive physical security training, Basic Karate Training, Fire Fighting Training and First Aid Training.

Liabilities :-

Payment of salaries, allowance including compliance of  all statutory obligations like PF, ESI, overtime, if any, damage in case of injuries suffered by personnel while on duty will be the  sole responsibility of Black Belt Commandos Security Systems.

Black Belt Commandos Security Systems shall ensure that its personnel on duty shall always conduct themselves in a befitting manner.

 In case of any theft / Pilferage in the facility, where services are to be provided by the Black Belt Commandos Security Systems, a preliminary joint enquiry shall be conducted and a report submitted to the facility management. If in the preliminary report it is found that any security personnel of Black Belt Commandos Security Systems is involved in the incident or the same occurred due to negligence and / or connivance of security personnel then loss shall be compensated by Black Belt Commandos Security Systems, else the management may report the case to police station of their jurisdiction where Black Belt Commandos Security Systems shall assist the facility in this mater.
