We believe in people who have been trained to lead a disciplined life. The Black Belt Commandos men are trained to discharge their duties under the most demanding conditions. They are trained to use fire fighting equipment, handle riots and gheraos apart from administering basic first aid.

Inspection And Supervision

To ensure efficient, effective and prompt service to our valuable customers as per the commitment, we do conduct frequent day inspections at various levels beginning with the Unit In-charge, Field Officers, Managers and other Senior Executives. Besides, timely feed back system is also in existence to take corrective action.
Moreover, client co-ordination meeting is also being conducted with the concerned at least fornightly to have smooth functioning of the unit

Mobile Squad

Four Wheelers mounted with Wireless are always on the move round the clock where a senior officer is constantly inspecting the units at random. When in times of crisis the customer can contact our control room and in turn control room flashes messages to the mobile squad for immediate action

Control Room & Communication

Our Control Room has 3 telephone lines to receive / make the calls from / to the clients round the clock attended by the shift in charge. We have an independentfax / e-mail line which takes care of document communication. Also all our senior staffs are equipped with PAGERS / Mobile Phones, which enables the clients to have easy access to the concerned executive around the clock.

Its basic function is to enable our clients to have access to us with regard to their problems / grievances related to our services at any given point of time, information received from the clients trickles down from General Managers to the field officers for appropriate actions to be initiated. Any action should not exceed more than a day from the time of complaint being received in the control room. The control room also acts as a bridge between our guarding force and the management, which avoids unnecessary visits of our guarding personnel to ou

Training School

We have set up an In-house Training School where in we impart training through both manual as well as Visual Media to effectively educate our security personnel and update them on the present scenario on security matters. Further On-the-Job training is also imparted at the site at frequent intervals not only by the field officers but by the training team too.
